At Hunter, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn products in their original packaging. Please ensure your boots are returned in the same condition they arrived to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Boots

  Place the items in their original Hunter branded box and secure them inside a durable shipping container to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
